Francesco Sciaudone

Francesco Sciaudone is the managing partner of Grimaldi Studio Legale and Chairman of the Leadership Committee of the GRIMALDI ALLIANCE – worldwide association of prominent attorneys that unites lawyers from more than 50 countries. LINNIKOV & PARTNERS joined the GRIMALDI ALLIANCE in 2019.
Francesco graduated magna cum laude from the University of Naples Federico II in 1992, and has been practicing law in Italy since 1995. In 2001, thanks to his brilliant education, extensive experience and significant professional accomplishments, Francesco received an invitation to join the team of Grimaldi & Associati international law firm, where he established himself not only as a brilliant lawyer, but also as a talented organizer and effective project team leader. That is why, during the firm transformation in 2013, Francesco Sciaudone was elected Managing Partner of Grimaldi Studio Legale and appointed Head of the firm’s European, Antitrust and Administrative Law Department.
Francesco Sciaudone’s professional activity covers various areas of the law and focuses primarily on major transactions and dispute resolution in the financial and energy sectors. Francesco has the reputation of an ace litigator who successfully fights for the interests of his clients in national and international courts. Professor Sciaudone has developed a unique training course on antitrust law, which is very popular with students of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio and Luiss Guido Carli University (Italy). Francesco also shares his expertise with the students of the Universitas Mercatorum – a higher education institution of the Italian Chambers of Commerce, which trains highly qualified professionals in the field of economics and management using advanced technological solutions.
Francesco Sciaudone actively works within the framework of public councils and associations involved in the development of public policy of the European Union, including the Advisory Board of the Mission Evolution Advisory Group and the European Sustainable Shipping Forum at the European Commission, the Scientific Committee of the Italian Conference on Energy Law, the Commission for the Study of the Problems of the Application of the Code of Public Contracts of the Italian National Anticorruption Authority and many others.
