New book by Alexander Linnikov

The book is a brief but, at the same time, complete and practical instruction for entrepreneurs carrying out business on the Internet.  The purpose of the book is to summarize and codify the requirements of laws and regulations that govern e-commerce and to put them in simple and understandable wording.  The book provides simple answers to questions frequently asked by rookies and seasoned business people in respect to registration, licensing, taxation and controls of SMEs, as well as more complex questions relating to the interaction with the state authorities in due course of business.  The book also covers basic issues of labor law, financial management and accounting for companies and individual entrepreneurs and explains specifics of doing business on the Internet.

The book was written in co-operation with good friends of Linnikov & Partners Alexander Salmov and Fiodor Virin and is recommended for print by the Financial University under the Government of the Russia.
