LEAD Consulting Law Firm is pleased to announce new academic publications by the Chairman of MBRA «LEAD Consulting» Alexander Linnikov, Ph.D.

The Business in Law Journal (№ 6 of 2013) features two new articles by Alexander Linnikov: The Concept of Efficient Regulation of the Business of Financial Institutions and Strategic Goals and Objectives of Providing Financial Security to Financial Institutions.

Alexander’s article Issues of Taxation of Transactions of Individuals with Investment Gold in Russia was also recently published in issue № 6 of 2013 of the academic journal Gaps in the Russian Legislation.

As well as Alexander’s previous 2013 publications in Economics and Entrepreneurship and Business in Law these new articles continue and compliment many years of the author’s academic research and studies of theory and methodology of regulation and supervision of business of financial institutions.

All of the above mentioned editions are among the leading academic journals in Russia specializing on matters of law and economics. By the Decree of the Presiding Board of the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia (VAK of Russia), these academic journals are included in the «List of the leading peer-reviewed journals and publications» for the publication of scientific results of master’s and doctoral theses on law and economics.
