07.02.2020 the founder of Linnikov & Partners took part in a working meeting of the rectors of Russian and Cuban higher educational institutions. The forum was inaugurated by the Minister of Higher Education of Cuba, José Ramon Saborido, talking about the program under which more than 300 Cubans are currently studying in Russia. During the negotiations, prospects for the development of bilateral student exchange were discussed, as well as the training of specialists by Russian universities for further work in joint projects between Russia and Cuba.
