
16/07/2025 Alexander Linnikov and Leonid Karpov attended the presentation of the Pro bono-300 Rating, developed by the Commissioner for the Protection of Business Rights in the City of Moscow, in order to stimulate the active work of Pro bono experts and improve the efficiency of their activities.
The event was attended by experts from the Pro bono Institute, members of the Expert Council of the Rating, which includes deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Duma, representatives of public human rights institutions, public associations of entrepreneurs in Moscow, the legal community, higher education institutions, and other organizations involved in human rights activities.
The Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Capital conducts systematic work with government agencies. His functions include participating in the development and implementation of state support measures for businesses, as well as assisting in the improvement of the regulatory framework for entrepreneurs.
Leonid Karpov, one of the leaders of the L&P team and a public Pro bono expert, provides consulting services to Russian and foreign entrepreneurs under an expert support agreement signed in October 2021 with Moscow’s Business Ombudsman, Tatyana Sizova.
