31/07/2025 The founder of L&P spoke at the event organized by the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the City of Moscow Tatiana Sizova “Business without Borders: Experience and Recommendations for Doing Business Abroad”. The meeting was held in the format of a business breakfast in the form of a live and open dialogue with public representatives of the Commissioner, the Government of Moscow, the Russian business community and foreign guests.
In his speech, Alexander Linnikov shared his experience in protecting the rights of companies and entrepreneurs from the unjustified application of restrictive measures by the United States and the European Union, and noted that there has been an increase in the activity of Russian businesses in new foreign markets.
“L&P’s long-standing practice, acquired in the early 2000s during the period of business internationalization, is becoming particularly useful today, as knowledge of the legal framework, local traditions, and business customs, as well as an understanding of the socio-cultural characteristics of the country where the entrepreneur plans to conduct business, are essential for making successful business decisions. Our mission as lawyers and members of the Moscow Business Ombudsman’s Ecosystem is to interpret the legal regulations and provide guidance to our foreign colleagues and clients on how to navigate these rules. We are ready to share our experience accumulated over more than 20 years of work in the field of international trade and finance with the Moscow business community,” said Alexander Linnikov.
Tatiana Sizova expressed her gratitude to the Center for Legal Support of International Entrepreneurship, which is headed by Alexander Linnikov.
