
05/03/2026, the founder of L&P gave a speech at the opening meeting of the BRICS+ Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship under the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the City of Moscow. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of the Moscow Government, public figures, and representatives of the Russian and international business community.
Opening the first meeting of the Council, Tatyana Sizova outlined the main objective of its work as facilitating the creation of a common space where it will be easier for BRICS+ businesses to negotiate, protect the rights of entrepreneurs, and create conditions for mutually beneficial cooperation.
In his speech on the challenges of supporting international transactions between BRICS+ countries, Alexander Linnikov highlighted the critical issue of a lack of unified legal regulation in various fields, which significantly complicates the interaction of business partners.
