
On 20/06/2025, Anton Minakov, an attorney at L&P, delivered a presentation at the scientific-practical conference “Current Issues of Advocates’ Activities in Civil Proceedings,” held at Abai Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University (Kokshetau, Kazakhstan). The event was organized by Abai Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University, Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, and the Akmola Regional Bar Association.
In his presentation, titled “Legal Positions of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of the Russian Federation Concerning Advocates’ Activities in Russia,” Anton Minakov highlighted key rulings of Russian courts that safeguard the professional rights of advocates. He emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan in the field of advocacy, which promotes the harmonization of legal standards and enhances the quality of legal assistance within the Eurasian Economic Union.
