“Starting from November 1, 2025, both the judicial and non-judicial procedures for collecting tax debt can be applied, provided that there is no objection from the individual taxpayer. If a relevant objection is submitted to the billing document, the debt will be collected through legal proceedings,” said Sergey Kloss.
“You can submit your objections through your personal account, by mail, or by visiting the tax office in person. You can also provide a justification for your objections and wait for the tax authorities to review them,” explained Anton Minakov.
