REBUILDING AND RECONSTRUCTING THE GAZA SECTOR’S INFRASTRUCTURE

13/10/2025 The founder of L&P commented on the issue of rebuilding and reconstructing the Gaza Strip’s infrastructure in the economic news program of the RUSSIA-24 channel. Rebuilding will require more than $50 billion. The Minister of Economy of the Palestinian National Authority agrees with these figures. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the President of Egypt, has previously stated that the cost of the issue is much higher, around $90 billion.

«There are different views on the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. For example, Israel’s view is that the reconstruction of this territory should primarily be based on considerations of its own security, and that it should be ensured that no defense-related facilities or facilities that could be used as technical fortifications are rebuilt in the Gaza Strip,» said Alexander Linnikov.
