
27-29/04/2026 A three-day internship was held for students of the Moscow School of Economics at the LINNIKOV & PARTNERS office. The event was organized by Valentina Linnikova, the daughter of L&P`s founder, for students who have already decided on the choice of law as their future professional field. The internship program was focused on in-depth immersion in the profession.
On the first day, Svetlana Petrovna Portyankina, representatives of the State University of Land Management, as well as law students Sofya Pavlovna Usach and Anastasia Sokolova, gave a lecture on the topic “Legal responsibility of minors: types and consequences”. Students had the opportunity to directly ask current law students questions about the learning process and the first steps in the profession. We would like to thank Svetlana Petrovna Portyankina, Sofya Pavlovna Usach and Anastasia Sokolova for participating in the program.
On the second day, Anton Minakov, the Attorney-at-Law, gave a lecture on “The rights of minors” topic. During the presentation, the mechanisms for implementing the rights of minors were analyzed using practical examples from their own law practice and existing processes. We thank Anton Minakov for the professional preparation of the material.
On the final day of the internship, Alexander Linnikov gave a lecture on the topic “Fundamentals of the legal system of the Russian Federation”. The key aspects of the functioning of the legal system were also illustrated using practical examples from current advocacy.
As part of the internship, Valentina Linnikova conducted themed games and quizzes to consolidate her knowledge.
