On November 20, 2015 the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation held a round table on issues of legal regulation of the departure of Russian children from the territory of the Russian Federation. The LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov attended the event organized by the Committee of the Council of Federation on Constitutional Legislation and State-Building and the Commission of the Public Chamber on Support of Family, Children and Motherhood.

The beginning of November of 2015 is marked by a new significant accomplishment of the LEAD Consulting civil litigation team. Dmitry Smola has succeeded in obtaining the ruling of the Commercial Court of one of the regions of the North-Caucasus Federal District for the inclusion of the claim of a foreign investor into the registrar of creditors of a big industrial enterprise for the total amount exceeding 2.5 billion rubles (i.e. roughly $40 million).
On October, 21 the Moscow Regional Chamber of Attorneys has awarded the attorney-at-law status to the associate of the LEAD Consulting Law Firm Madina Ruzmetova.
In the same day the Council of the Moscow Regional Bar Association "LEAD Consulting" unanimously adopted the decision to admit Madina to the association as a member.
