Alexander Linnikov noted: “According to the populist statements of the Armenian government, the decision will depend on the will of the people expressed at a referendum. At the same time, other EAEU member states do not consider Armenia’s European course compatible with membership in the Eurasian Economic Union, and the EAEU member states confirm their intention, if necessary, to suspend Armenia’s membership in this association.”
