First meeting of the Board of Directors of MMB Project Rus

On November 19, 2015 the first meeting of the Board of Directors of MMB Project Rus, Ltd. – joint venture between Metropolitana Milanese and the Russian Millenium Bank – took place in Moscow. The Italian shareholder is represented on the Board of Directors of the company by the LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov and Mr. Gino Fiocchi – an expert engineer with extensive experience of working on large-scale infrastructural projects on Russia and the USSR. The first meeting of the Board of Directors was attended by the Director General of MM SpA Stefano Cetti.

In course of the meeting the BOD adopted a resolution on the approval of the structure and the composition of the management bodies of the company and the business of the company for the first quarter of 2015. The Project Director of Millenium Bank Sergey Zaytsev and Alexander Linnikov were elected President and Secretary of the Board of Directors respectively.

After the meeting of the Board of Directors the members of the Board and the Director General of MM SpA Stefano Cetti met with the Head of the Moscow Metro Dmitry Pegov. The parties agreed to advance co-operation between the metros of Moscow and Milan and decided to conclude a special Partnership and Co-operation Agreement between the Moscow Metro, Metropolitana Milanese, and MMB Project Rus.
