27/11/2024, the IV annual forum of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Moscow started: “Step into the future: the role of business in the implementation of national projects and development strategies”, which was attended by Tatyana Tsepkina.

Representatives of federal authorities, deputies of the State Duma, the Government of Moscow, business ombudsmen from 10 regions of the country, business associations and entrepreneurs took part in the Plenary session “National projects and innovations of legislation as a tool for the development of entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation”. The moderators of the Plenary session were the “hostess” of the event – the business ombudsman of the capital Tatyana Mineeva and the writer, playwright, expert on strategic communications Alexander Tsypkin. The event brought together about 300 people.

Opening the “plenar”, Tatyana Mineeva noted the results of the activities of the capital’s human rights defenders in the field of entrepreneurship and about helping entrepreneurs in the new economic reality.

The forum discussed the issues of “personnel shortage”, what are the possibilities and ways to solve this problem. During the discussions that unfolded, migration issues and changes in tax regimes for entrepreneurs in connection with the tax reform were touched upon.

Let me remind you that L&P lawyers participate in the ecosystem of the Commissioner as Pro bono experts, so they know about business problems in the current situation not only because of their professional activities, but also as part of the public burden. Working at the Forum sites gives me the opportunity to communicate with representatives of legislative authorities, businesses, and share experiences with colleagues in expert activities,” says Tatyana Tsepkina.
