On 12 June, 1990 the the First Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Soviet Federative Republic (RSFSR) adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the RSFSR that marked the beginning of a new period in Russia’s history. On 13-17/05/2024, L&P attorney Alexey Sereda visited the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka (Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina), where he delivered a short course of lectures on the peculiarities of legal regulation of digital financial assets, paying special attention to the issues of sanctions compliance in transactions involving cryptocurrency.
