The beginning of November of 2015 is marked by a new significant accomplishment of the LEAD Consulting civil litigation team. Dmitry Smola has succeeded in obtaining the ruling of the Commercial Court of one of the regions of the North-Caucasus Federal District for the inclusion of the claim of a foreign investor into the registrar of creditors of a big industrial enterprise for the total amount exceeding 2.5 billion rubles (i.e. roughly $40 million).

On October, 21 the Moscow Regional Chamber of Attorneys has awarded the attorney-at-law status to the associate of the LEAD Consulting Law Firm Madina Ruzmetova. In the same day the Council of the Moscow Regional Bar Association "LEAD Consulting" unanimously adopted the decision to admit Madina to the association as a member.

On September 23, 2015 LEAD Consulting Partner Alexander Linnikov met with the leading companies of Parma that are already present or plan to establish a business presence in Russia.

On September 15, 2015 in Moscow the constituent documents of MMB Project Rus – a joint venture between Millenium Bank (ZAO) and MM Spa (Metropolitana Milanese) – were signed by the Parties. The LEAD Consulting Partner Alexander Linnikov and Senior Counsel Madina Ruzmetova drafted all the relevant legal documents and represented MM Spa in the process of creation of the joint venture.

The LEAD Consulting Senior Associate Dmitry Smola on February 26, 2015 took part in the "round table" discussion held by the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the modernization of the system of execution of judicial acts by means of the forced sale of the debtors’ property. As a seasoned litigator and expert on enforcement of judicial acts, Dmitry actively participated in the discussion of this highly important and up-to-date topic and shared with the fellow participants of the "round table" several practical ideas derived from the practice of the LEAD Consulting Law Firm.
