Yaromir Byrleadyanu graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Land Management in 2026. Yaromir’s excellent education is complemented by practical work experience in military justice bodies as an intern. His graduation qualification thesis, dedicated to the specifics of investigating crimes in combat conditions, was specially noted by the state examination commission for its particular applied value. In addition, Yaromir is a laureate of the All-Russian Competition of Young Lawyers. His draft legislative initiative in the field of civil and land law entered the top ten best student works in the country and served as a basis for discussing the legal collisions noted by the author in the specialized committees of both chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
In 2026, Yaromir Byrleadyanu received an invitation to join the team of “LINNIKOV & PARTNERS” as a lawyer in the “Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure” practice and a specialist in the field of land and property relations. Under the guidance of experienced mentors – Leonid Karpov and Madina Ruzmetova – Yaromir participates in the work of teams of attorneys representing parties in high-profile criminal and arbitration cases, as well as advises L&P clients and prepares legal materials and documents for Russian and foreign clients of the firm.
Alongside his intensive practical activities, Yaromir continues his studies in the master’s program and scientific work. He is the author of a number of articles on current issues of civil, land and criminal law. The scope of his scientific interests includes, in particular, research on issues of contract law and consumer rights protection, current issues of construction contracts, the impact of digitalization processes on the regulation of land relations, the environmental agenda of the state and business, as well as the study and search for solutions to the problems of evidence in criminal proceedings in the digital age.
