“According to official data, the construction of the bridge, completed in 1977, cost $60 million, that is, about $300 million for today’s money, taking into account inflation, but the restoration or reconstruction of the bridge can cost many times more expensive. The complete restoration of the bridge may take up to two years,” says Alexander Linnikov.
