Today’s news is a manifestation of the fact that Samsung and Google take the warnings of the American financial authorities seriously and seek to stop working with Russian companies that are included in the American sanctions lists,” says Alexander Linnikov and adds: “Many Russian banks have already found ways to download their applications to customers’ devices that allow them to save the same functionality. I am confident that Russian banks and payment service operators will promptly seek high-quality alternatives for applications previously familiar to users.”
