LEAD Consulting attorney-at-law Leonid Karpov on November 13, 2014 took part in the session of the Second Russian joint forum of the arbitration, mediation, and business communities "Alternative Dispute Resolution in Russia: Expectations and Perspectives" organized by the Russian Chamber of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

On the beginning of October, 2014 Venice hosted the international convention organized by the Venice Chamber of Trade and Commerce (ve.camcom.gov.it) on recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards and the practice of application of the 1958 New York Convention on recognition and enforcement of the foreign arbitral awards.

At the present time this publications is the most up-to-date in-depth study of the theory and practice of international legal regulation of the banking activity in the Russian language.

On August 26, 2014 LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov took part in the joint session of the banking and insurance sections of the Expert Council for the protection of competition in the financial services’ market of the Federal Anti-monopoly Service of Russia chaired by the Deputy Head of the FAS Andrei Kashevarov.

On August 23, 2014 the LEAD Consulting team took part in the historic cars’ rally «Autostrada-2014» in Kaluga. The 1965 GAZ-21 «Volga» took off the start piloted by the LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov and navigated by Sergei and Diana Linnikov. Starting number 13 turned out to be more than lucky – the family crew of the LEAD Consulting founding partner won the team competition as a part of the Gorkyclassic racing team and was awarded the special Family Relic prize.
