24.07.2019 Alexander Linnikov took part in the round table of the Committee of the Council of the Federation on Constitutional Legislation Improvement of laws in the sphere of compensation of moral damage. The founder of Linnikov & Partners spoke against legislative establishment of fixed amounts of compensation for moral injuries and drew the attention of the representatives of different branches of government, members of the legal, academic, and expert communities to several problems of theoretical definition of moral damage in Russian law system.
