28/03/2023 Alexander Linnikov and Tatiana Tsepkina took part in the meeting of the Public Council under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the city of Moscow.
The regular session of the Public Council was attended by the participants of the Ecosystem of the Moscow Business Ombudsman, top managers of the leading business associations and industrial alliances of the Moscow entrepreneurs, representatives of non-governmental organizations and development institutes along with members of the Russian parliament.
Tatiana Mineeva, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, presented her report on the key performance indicators for the period of 2019-2022. The meeting’s agenda also included the presentations of representatives of the business community on the strategic and legislative initiatives, which will be included into the 2022 interim report to the Mayor of Moscow for 2022.
It should be mentioned that Tatiana Mineeva also acts as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Payment Council, which contributes to the establishment of the direct dialogue between representatives of various areas of business and formation of common approaches to solution of the most topical issues.
The special Center for Operational Support of Entrepreneurs (TSOPP) was created on the basis of Public Reception Office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, which is headed by Alexander Linnikov, the founding partner of L&P. The TSOPP is headed by Tatiana Tsepkina, a prominent attorney-at-law and one of the leading pro bono experts of the Ecosystem of the Moscow Business Ombudsman.
