Anton Minakov commented on the news that on 16.01.2026, the Moscow Arbitration Court began considering the claim of the Bank of Russia against the Belgian depository Euroclear in the amount of more than 18 trillion rubles. The court granted the regulator's request to conduct the process behind closed doors, citing the need to protect banking secrecy.
